What to expect from the class. The classes are based in ashtanga yoga, method taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois in Mysore , India . This method of dynamic yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive sequence of postures. It builds up strength and flexibility; it improves the blood circulation, and removes toxins and disease from the internal organs. Be ready to sweat and to work out!!
Bring comfortable cloths and the practice is bare feet. Bring a towel if you tend to sweat. There are mats for you to borrow for the first time, but I strongly recomend you to buy yours for hygienical reasons.
Arrive 10 min before the class starts, to have time enough to get changed and install yourself.
